Upcoming Firsthand Disclosures
I apologize for the long delay since my last newsletter. As I explore this topic daily, I must admit that the volume of new disclosures and supporting evidence—much of it confirming older claims spanning decades—is overwhelming. And yet, unless you're actively searching for it, you're unlikely to encounter any of it.
Every day, dozens of remarkable new videos emerge showing the bizarre behavior of various types of UAPs, especially the now-frequently observed “plasma orbs.” These orbs often change shape, split into multiple spheres, and blink in and out of visibility. One of the longstanding arguments against UAPs used to be: “If everyone has a camera, why aren't we seeing clear footage?” That has completely changed. However, like most things related to UAPs, the mainstream media refuses to cover it. An exception is NewsNation, along with dozens of independent podcasters now sharing high-quality videos daily.
I’m currently drafting upcoming newsletters on several topics, including deeper explorations of the UAP/NHI (non-human intelligence) phenomenon, its links to consciousness and spirituality, and historical UAP events foundational to understanding this subject.
As I’ve mentioned before, this newsletter initially focused on the “nuts and bolts” of credible, legalized whistleblower testimony—claims involving crashed UFOs, retrieval operations, reverse engineering to create man-made alien reproduction vehicles (ARVs), alien biologics, and the decades-long secrecy that has shrouded it all.
The main vehicle for this disclosure has been U.S. government hearings. The UAP Caucus in the House of Representatives has held two sessions so far—one in July 2023 and another in November 2024. The most important whistleblower to emerge from these hearings is David Grusch. While many believe the Pentagon’s release of three UAP videos in December 2017 was a major turning point, Grusch has provided the most extensive list of firsthand whistleblowers. Notably, NewsNation’s Ross Coulthart brought forward Jake Barber, who bypassed the UAP Caucus and went public via Skywatcher. Barber testified that he was part of the so-called “legacy program” and had transported downed UAPs using a sling beneath his helicopter.
If you’ve ever watched U.S. House hearings, you know they’re often filled with partisan bickering. What’s unique about the UAP hearings is the rare bipartisan cooperation. Instead of Democrats vs. Republicans, it’s the UAP Caucus (comprised of both parties) vs. the Pentagon, which continues to obscure the truth by invoking classified security protocols and spreading disinformation. Although the Pentagon admits UAPs are real, it refuses to provide meaningful details.
David Grusch, with his background in military intelligence, was assigned to a UAP task force. Over two years, he interviewed over 40 individuals with firsthand knowledge—people involved in crash retrievals, the handling of alien biologics, and reverse engineering of UAP technology. Grusch became a secondhand whistleblower because the Pentagon blocked formal disclosure. He was later interviewed by the Inspector General, who found his claims to be both credible and “urgent.” Although Grusch testified publicly, he could not share sensitive details due to national security restrictions. He offered to disclose this information in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility)—a secure, Faraday-shielded room used for classified briefings.
Until recently, members of the UAP Caucus were not permitted to question Grusch inside a SCIF.
However, one of the Caucus members, Rep. Eric Burlison (quoted below), hired Grusch a few months ago to help recruit firsthand whistleblowers. Grusch has since shared classified details within a SCIF, and the Caucus is now pursuing at least three firsthand witnesses to testify.
However, efforts to interview these whistleblowers have been hindered by a phenomenon jokingly dubbed “SCIF flu”—sudden, unexplained illnesses preventing their attendance. Insiders suggest these individuals are being intimidated by covert actors linked to the Pentagon, CIA, and other intelligence branches. Additionally, some Caucus staff have resigned, been reassigned, or reported missing documents.
The UAP Caucus initially promised a firsthand whistleblower hearing in May, then postponed it to June, July, and now early September. Last week, they reported losing all three witnesses, but one has recently agreed to come forward again. The Caucus insists they won’t hold a hearing unless they secure firsthand accounts. After all, saying "someone told me they handled a UFO or alien body" isn’t the same as hearing it from the person who did. While skepticism may remain, firsthand witnesses can at least testify when, how, and where these events occurred—including in which of the many U.S. underground facilities the evidence is stored.
Given the powerful forces working to prevent this hearing, progress may be slow. Nevertheless, several groups are helping whistleblowers come forward. Grusch has identified over 40 potential witnesses, while Steven Greer, Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp each claim to have dozens more.
It’s important to understand the legal status of these operations. Much of what has occurred over the past 70–80 years within the Pentagon, CIA, and associated aerospace contractors (collectively known as the “legacy program”) has been illegal. Why? Because their activities were conducted without congressional approval, oversight, or funding. The Pentagon has failed audits for decades, and even 20 years ago, trillions of dollars were unaccounted for. Since these operations lacked lawful authority, the NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) signed by participants are not legally binding. However, this offers little comfort when their lives are potentially at risk.
Recently, the UAP Caucus met in a SCIF with a special FBI unit that has been secretly investigating these illegal programs. The Caucus has now publicly stated that they no longer trust the Pentagon’s internal investigation efforts and will work exclusively with the FBI going forward.
As I’ve previously shared, I have interacted with Steven Greer, who has been assisting this FBI team by providing locations and documentation. The ultimate hope is that the FBI can present enough evidence to a judge to prove the illegality of these legacy operations—and obtain search warrants for deep underground facilities harboring this evidence. This is a high-stakes strategy that could escalate into armed confrontations.
At this point, I no longer need fiction or science fiction—real life is far more compelling.
